In this work, the young girl is realizing that she is in control of her own destiny, that she is capable of dreaming the universe she desires into reality. I have taken bits from Greek and Hindu mythology here. The girl, named Promethea (modeled by my oldest child, Avery), has stolen the conch shell from the Hindu god, Vishnu.
